"Everybody Loves a Good Loneliness', is a compilation of 22 poems written in different periods. As for any writer, famous or not, I too have been influenced by many writers especially those having a sage-like mindscape. I owe immeasurably, to the renowned journalist Shri.P.Sainath, for the very title of this book, which sounds like his path breaking accounts of rural India, "Everybody loves a good draught". Nonetheless, I have been tuned to guzzle the fact of Everybody loves a good tragedy since my entry into journalism and loved its subtle tracking of fact-finding.
